Fred W. Stanley
President

Fred and Bob Gilson started Westquip on June 1st, 1982.  Westquip got the Toyota forklift line in 1984 and the rest is 27 years of successful history. The owners of Westquip are Bob and Jay Gilson and Fred and Nancy Stanley.  

Fred is the president and runs Westquip, Bob is the company's financial backer and consultant when needed.

Jason Perry
Service Manager

Over the last 10 years, Jason has proven his intelligence, his mechanical skills and his ability to work with and train other mechanics at Westquip.  5 years ago he went to Toyota's Service College and become a certified instructor for all aspects of Toyota forklift repairs.

Jason became our go to guy on complex service problems and has solved all he's been involved with over the last several years.

Jason's unassuming manner belies his inner self confidence with matching capabilities.  He should be an excellent Service Manager and help Westquip grow an already very successful Service Dept.

Larry Denson
Parts Manager

Larry has years of experience selling and managing parts at Westquip.  You'll have a hard time finding anyone that knows more or is more willing to help you with your forklift parts problems than Larry and his entire parts staff.

Larry has been instrumental in gaining customers who own all makes and models of equipment. He does it by utilizing Toyota's all make parts sourcing program "StarLift".

Office Manager/Controller

Dana is Westquip's office manager, accountant and controller. Having started out at Westquip as a service clerk, Dana knows the company very well from years of experience. 

With her intelligence, attention to detail and dedication to do what is right and best for Westquip, Dana has become an exceptional contributor that not only does the books well but helps manage the company with her insight and dependable efforts.

Debbie Mayhle
Rental, Warranty Administration Manager & "Equipment GURU"

With over 20 years at Westquip, Debbie knows forklifts.  Debbie coordinates our rental department and takes care of all our factory warranty submittals.  If anyone can't find something or doesn't remember a detail...Debbie is the best at finding it, remembering it or knowing how to dig up the information.  We all wish we had her memory.

Debbie is also Westquip's "Equipment GURU".  Being the primary player in constantly monitoring our huge fleet of new, used and rental forklifts.  She uses our in house Infoquip program to dig into the full history of each piece of equipment and identify those that are costing the company money or not living up to their potential.

Scot Salsberry
New & Used Sales Manager (North) / Wholesale Manager

Scot has two major responsibilities at Westquip:  Wholesale Manager and North Territiory Sales Manager.

As Wholesale manager, Scot is responsible for our wholesale activities that include buying and selling and managing our large used forklift inventory.

As North Territory Sales Manager, Scot covers this large territory selling new and used forklifts to our hundreds of customers.  

If you need one lift or need a proposal to replace a fleet of 60 forklifts, Scot has the knowledge to do an excellent job.

Steve Holmes
Warehouse Products Manager

Steve has years of experience with all aspects of Warehouse Products. As manager of this important department he has grown it every year since taking charge.

Lead New & Used Sales Coordinator

Becky is Westquip's lead Sales Coordinator. She truly understands how important it is to help the sales department get accurate, complete quotes to customers quickly. Then once equipment is ordered, make sure every detail is handled perfectly so deliveries are on time and spec'ed correctly. Becky is also involved with accounting aspects such as invoicing, working up lease papers and making sure all the information necessary is accurately entered into our information systems so inventory can be tracked easily.

Paula Stinnett
Field Service Dispatcher

Paula is our Field Service dispatcher. She takes service calls and attentively dispatches one of our 30 mechanics to get your equipment up and running. Paula is assisted with GPS tracking of all our Service Trucks, excellent software to take open work orders and cell phones for quick communications. We understand how important it is to get your equipment up and running and Paula will get you help quickly and call you back when there is an unexpected delay.

Rick Howell
Parts Runner and Facilities Handyman

In addition to parts running, Rick helps everyone at Westquip with respect and enthusiasm.   Rick is also our building and grounds handyman.



Carrie Larsen
Parts Sales

Carrie has over 25 years of parts experience at Westquip.  No one has a deeper, more extensive parts background. Carrie's professional approach with customers and her knowledge combines to give her a huge following.  Ask for Carrie when you need the right part fast.

After Fred, the owner, Carrie is Westquip's longest term employee.  She started when all our parts fit in a small closet.
